Payment & Pricing

Your party booking is not confirmed until you have paid the party planning fee in full and received a booking confirmation email. By making payment you are entering into a contract and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions herein. This Agreement is governed by Singapore law.

Due to a high level of handcrafting and personalization, our fee quoted to you is based on the number of guests attending. Should this number at any time increase the fee will also increase.

Similarly, if you at any time wish to seek a change of venue contact us to ensure that any quote can be revised accordingly.

Any outstanding payments must be cleared in advance of the party.

If you’d like House of Happy Pte. Ltd. to pay vendors on your behalf, an advance payment will be required, and you will receive copies of all invoices in respect of these payments.

Payment can be made via bank transfer to House of Happy Pte. Ltd. OCBC A/C 713401859001

Any breakage or damage to any equipment, other than by House of Happy staff, shall be the sole responsibility of the customer and by agreeing to these terms you agree to indemnify House of Happy Pte. Ltd. in respect of any and all claims arising from property or equipment damage at the venue of by any third party vendor.



Time and resources go into making your party perfect. Should you choose to cancel up to 30 days prior to the Event Date, you will be entitled to a full refund. If you cancel up to 10 days prior to the Event Date, you will be entitled to a fifty percent (50%) refund. If you cancel less than 10 days prior to the Event Date, you will not be entitled to any refund whatsoever. Where any purchases have been made on your behalf, or any expenses incurred, you will be charged accordingly and make payment within 3 working days of any such request.

We’re happy to accommodate a change of date, based on availability.



We take pride in our careful selection of suppliers and third party vendors, we are not in any way legally liable or responsible for the execution of the Event by the supplier(s) or any third party vendor. In that eventuality any customer may only seek compensation directly from any supplier or third-party vendor.

The customer acknowledges and accepts that in the event of any losses or injuries sustained by any of the guests/hosts in the course of, or in connection to the Event, House of Happy Pte. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injuries or death resulting thereof unless proven to be a result of gross negligence on our part.

We are not liable or responsible for cancellations or delay that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (known as a “Force Majeure Event”)


Other Terms

House of Happy Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for cleaning up of the venue after the party.

Please note that we have a strict photography policy and guest’s photographs are not used alongside décor photographs that we post on social media or marketing material without explicit, written permission.
